Microsoft 365 Administration Lab
Completed hands-on lab · Modules 00–08
Purpose. Build and operate a Microsoft 365 environment while practising secure configuration, support and clear documentation.
My contribution. Configured users, groups and licensing; authentication and security; Windows/Intune; Microsoft 365 apps; Teams and SharePoint; Power Platform governance; service operations; and hardening, monitoring and handover.
Tools. Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Purview and Power Platform.
Troubleshooting & validation. Corrected an initial wrong-account device join and checked enrollment, policy processing and device synchronisation. Documented collaboration and onboarding issues, monitoring checks and their resolution.
Outcome & documentation. Implementation and validation completed across all nine modules, with version-controlled write-ups, configuration evidence, troubleshooting notes and handover documentation.
Client Enquiry Automation
Built and validated · Featured solution within Module 07 of the M365 lab
Purpose. Make incoming enquiries traceable and organise client confirmation, owner notifications and follow-up.
My contribution. Built a flow that retrieves a Forms response, creates a SharePoint enquiry item, emails the client, notifies the owner in Teams and creates a Planner task. Added a failure notification using run-after handling.
Tools. Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Planner.
Troubleshooting & validation. Worked through Planner tab and site/list-linking issues. Tested the end-to-end process and captured a successful run; Flow checker showed zero errors and zero warnings at validation.
Outcome & documentation. A validated enquiry-to-follow-up workflow, documented through configuration steps, run-history evidence, failure-handling notes and operational handover.
WordPress Website Projects
Active website development · Personal portfolio and Baeyo Digital
Purpose. Create a clear professional portfolio and a separate business presence for website and digital services.
My role. Define the content, structure and brand direction, manage the WordPress sites and review implementation. This portfolio connects my background, capabilities and project work; Baeyo Digital carries the separate business offering.
Tools. WordPress, Astra and Elementor Free, with domain/subdomain hosting and branded email.
Validation. Review desktop, tablet and mobile layouts, navigation, email and social links. Correct inherited image offsets and keep content and page margins aligned.
Current status. Personal portfolio pages are published while overall site completion continues. Baeyo Digital development is ongoing.
Azure Administration Bootcamp Projects
Completed practical bootcamp work · Mentored, team-based project experience
Purpose. Practise planning, configuring, operating and troubleshooting Azure services through substantial hands-on project work.
My contribution. Worked on Azure compute, networking, storage, identity/access, RBAC, Key Vault, governance and monitoring. Azure foundation work included management-group and subscription organisation, naming standards, an RBAC model and architecture diagrams.
Project areas. App Service; networking and storage; Entra ID integration; and monitoring, backup and recovery.
Team process. Nearly a year of hands-on work with six other trainees under a senior cloud engineer. We used daily stand-ups, weekly tasks, labs and presentations, Trello sprint goals and backlogs, and shared GitHub documentation.
Troubleshooting & technical practice. Worked through management-group/subscription association and development/production separation. Practised Linux/CLI troubleshooting, logs and dashboards, Terraform, Docker and CI/CD.
Outcome & documentation. Completed practical projects and documented the work. AZ-900, earned May 2025, is listed separately from the bootcamp experience; Azure administration learning continues toward AZ-104. This is project and training experience, not employment.
Project documentation includes configuration notes, troubleshooting and validation records. Public repository links and screenshots are added when sanitised evidence is ready.
